Shipping
- Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above; ₹79 standard shipping below that.
- Pan-India delivery with order tracking available on all shipments.
- Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days (customised products may take longer as they are made to order).
Returns & Refunds
- Easy 7-day return policy on regular products, counted from the day of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed and returned with original tags and packaging.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the return. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer/UPI.
Customised Products
- Customised products cannot be returned, replaced or exchanged.
- Cash on Delivery is not available on customised products.
- If a customised product arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 48 hours on WhatsApp +91 62043 38265 with photos and we will make it right.
